AV-202 Multigrout is a single-component, moisture-activated polyurethane injection grout engineered to seal active water leaks in concrete and masonry structures. Designed to manage high-volume water intrusion through large cracks, expansion joints, and structural voids, this hydrophilic grout reacts with moisture to form a dense, flexible foam. Once activated, it expands up to 600%, forming a durable mechanical seal that bonds to wet or submerged substrates.

Capable of absorbing up to 12 times its own volume in water, AV-202 penetrates deeply into leaking areas, creating a watertight barrier against further infiltration.
