DuraLink 35 is a professional-grade, moisture-curing polyether sealant formulated for tough commercial, industrial, and residential construction applications. Built to handle dynamic joint movement of up to ±35%, DuraLink 35 provides long-lasting, flexible seals that resist cracking, shrinking, bubbling, and UV discoloration. It performs reliably in both interior and exterior conditions, even when applied to damp substrates or in cold temperatures as low as 32°F — making it a dependable choice for year-round construction and maintenance work.

This advanced elastomeric sealant bonds aggressively to a wide variety of substrates, including coated metal, anodized aluminum, brick, concrete, EIFS, vinyl siding, and fiber cement panels. Its non-slump formulation is ideal for vertical joints, overhead seams, and challenging façade details where standard caulks may fail. DuraLink 35 is 100% solids, solvent-free, and compliant with low-VOC regulations, offering excellent performance without the use of isocyanates. With strong weather resistance, proven color stability, and a broad palette of construction-matching colors, DuraLink 35 meets the demands of building envelope professionals, contractors, and facility managers looking for a high-performance, low-maintenance sealant.
