Sikaflex 1A is a professional-grade, moisture-cured polyurethane sealant trusted by contractors for its performance and versatility in sealing a wide variety of joints and construction materials. As a single-component formula, it simplifies application by eliminating the need for mixing or special equipment, reducing labor time on-site. It’s designed to handle the demands of both new construction and repair projects across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

This non-sag sealant maintains excellent stability and workability when applied to vertical surfaces, while its flexible composition ensures long-lasting performance in horizontal joints exposed to heavy movement or environmental stress. Sikaflex-1A offers strong adhesion to substrates such as concrete, masonry, aluminum, steel, wood, and more — often without the need for a primer.

Its ability to bond to green concrete just 24 hours after a pour, and to damp concrete within an hour of surface drying, makes it especially valuable in situations where job schedules are tight or environmental conditions are less than ideal. Once cured, the material remains elastic, weather-resistant, and durable, withstanding harsh climates, UV exposure, and thermal expansion over time. Whether you’re sealing control joints, flashing details, window perimeters, or structural connections, Sikaflex 1A delivers a dependable seal in tough conditions.
